Museum Night 2023
Another successful Museum Night is behind us. Visitors showed great interest not only in curator-led tours of the permanent exhibition, but also in the temporary exhibitions “Guardian of Memory. Aleksander Witlib” and “Propaganda over the Graves: The 80th Anniversary of the Discovery of the Mass Graves in Katyn”. A large audience also attended the screening of recorded testimonies featuring the children of victims of the Katyn Massacre. The presentation was preceded by an introductory commentary by Kacper Ciesielski, curator at the Katyn Museum and great-grandson of Reserve Second Lieutenant Czesław J. Ciesielski, a prisoner of the Kozelsk camp who was murdered in Katyn.
